Commissioner H.E. Ambassador Teshome Toga, held an interview with Mr. Fred Harter, a British journalist for the London Times and the new humanitarian, on Wednesday 11th October, 2023, at his good office. In the interview, Commissioner H.E. Ambassador Teshome Toga expressed facts and views about the Commission’s establishment, its mandates and organization, the timeline for the DDR processes, the activities till now, the challenges faced, the funding, lessons taken from previous DDR programs as well as current developments.
